How We Can Help?
We will continue to provide medical services during Alert Level 4. However, to keep everyone safe and to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, all consultations are now via either phone or online.
Doctors will assess each patient and recommend whether a kanohi ki te kanohi consultation is required. These consultations will be held at either Te Rengrenga Medical Centre, Nga Miro Health Centre, or Waahi Medical Clinic.
All bookings are now being taken via a centralised Call Centre. Please phone 0800 472 858 and follow the directions. Online consultations will also be available. Phone the Call Centre for access information.
We are especially concerned about our kaumatua and are encouraging them to contact us on 0800 472 858 if they are feeling worried and need help or support.
